It's been over a year since I shared with you how new condominiums are changing the face of downtown, and if you've spent any time there, you can easily see how far things have come. However, a few new projects have been added into the mix that you may not yet be aware of. Downtown in April is always buzzing. The weather is perfect, and there are activities aplenty. As you're planning out your month, be sure to spend a little time in downtown Sarasota to get in on the fun.

Starting the month off right, the Sarasota Film Festival runs from April 1-10 with over 250 films being screened at the Hollywood 20.
