Downtown Sarasota offers an urban lifestyle with a neighborhood feel, surrounding condominium owners with shops, restaurants, theatres, and more.

Even if you’re not a Sarasota native, it’s easy to see that the downtown area is growing. With most of the streets named after trees, the inspiration for this growth is written on all of the street signs. A simple walk down Main Street will give you ample evidence that the Downtown Sarasota neighborhood is certainly blossoming.
