The suburban paradise of Sarasota Springs offers a number of single-family homes, perfect for the health conscious, working family. Sarasota Springs is also home to the original Evie's Family Golf Center, offering miniature golf, driving ranges, video games, pizza, and a full bar. Across the street from Urfer Family Park on Honore and Bee Ridge, residents can take advantage of the exercise trails, playground, and picnic tables. For those who want to get in touch with nature, Pinecraft Park near Bahia Vista and Beneva feature beautiful, winding paths through scenic and serene, natural Florida on the Mesic Hammock Trail. A short drive to the east will bring you to Rothenbach Park, which now features a playground, five miles of paved walking trails, and a great place to watch white-tailed deer and other wildlife.

With the median home cost in Sarasota Springs currently between $153,800-$161,000, and according to Sperling's Best Places, compared to the rest of the country, Sarasota Springs' cost of living is 3.40% lower than the U.S. average. Roughly 15,000 people make their home in Sarasota Springs, with more than 25% of them raising children. Brentwood Elementary School is in the district and McIntosh Middle School is just a few blocks to the north.
